Equipment and hardware
You receive the industrial-grade devices and components selected for your solution. Depending on the configuration, these may include a Data Hub, Data Connector, nodes and panels.
We provide the right components and applications, set them up and support their operation. Under the subscription model, you pay a monthly fee tailored to your foundry's needs and the agreed scope of services.
You receive the industrial-grade devices and components selected for your solution. Depending on the configuration, these may include a Data Hub, Data Connector, nodes and panels.
Technical setup of the booked hardware, software, interfaces and data structures is part of the monthly fee, including later extensions. We coordinate mounting, electrical commissioning and integration into your network with you.
If supplied hardware develops a technical defect, we arrange replacement within the agreed scope of services. Replacement systems are prepared and made available for exchange.
We set up the required cloud infrastructure and handle administration, maintenance and monitoring. Regular backups protect stored production data and system settings.
Your booked applications are available to the designated users and workplaces. Licences and access are aligned with roles, tasks and the agreed scope of use.
We administer and maintain the systems in your solution and monitor their functionality and availability. This includes resolving software, configuration and connection issues within the agreed scope of services.
We configure and manage protection for the systems and connections in use. Depending on the component, this includes firewalls, protected access, certificates and cryptographic keys.
We continuously develop applications, interfaces and data acquisition functions. Practical experience and improvement suggestions feed into prioritised development planning.
We train your employees online for the booked applications and their specific tasks. Technical support is also provided online. On-site training and support can be agreed separately.
The number and configuration of your assets, the required interfaces and the selected application licences determine your monthly fee. Costs reflect the actual scope of the solution, providing a fair and transparent basis for both small and large die casting foundries.
What equipment do you need to get started?
Data Hubs, Data Connectors, storages, nodes and panels are selected according to machines, data volume and locations. Further assets are added when the next expansion step requires them.
What data does your first task require?
The number and configuration of interfaces to machines, sensors and other systems determine this part of the fee. Additional connections extend the scope where needed.
Which applications does your team need?
The choice and number of licences depend on tasks, users and workplaces. Start with the applications you need and add others when you want to unlock further potential.
The agreed assets, interfaces and licences determine the monthly fee, including the services described. This makes it clear what you are paying for and how an additional component affects the cost.
New customers incur separate onboarding costs, for example for delivery, clarification and contract administration. These do not cover the entire setup. Technical setup is included in the monthly fee and remains included for subsequent extensions.
The economic benefits achieved provide the basis for the next expansion step. You decide when to add equipment, measurement points, workplaces or applications. Together, we agree the additional scope and adjusted monthly fee in advance. This lets you unlock further potential at the right pace.
The subscription model spreads costs across predictable monthly payments and reduces initial capital commitment. You can start with a suitable scope and expand when it delivers economic value. The comparison below explains the differences in liquidity, budgeting and total costs.
The purchase price for hardware and software is payable at the outset. The required scope must be budgeted or financed as an investment.
The selected solution is paid for through a monthly fee. New customers also incur one-off onboarding costs, for example for delivery, clarification and contract administration. Technical setup remains part of the monthly fee.
An outright purchase ties up capital early. Financing spreads payments over time, with additional financing costs.
Payments are spread over the agreed period of use. This may leave more liquidity available for other projects. The ongoing payment obligation remains.
The purchase price may be supplemented by annual service fees and costs for major version upgrades. Financial reserves should be planned for hardware replacement. Extensions also require a separate budget.
The agreed scope has a predictable monthly fee that bundles the included services. Additional scope is agreed separately.
Additional equipment, measurement points or applications require further investment. The budget must cover each expansion step.
Start with a suitable scope and expand as needed. Additional components and licences change the agreed monthly fee.
With long-term use, the initial investment can be spread across many years. A comparison includes the purchase price, annual service fees, major upgrades, hardware replacement and, where applicable, financing and residual value.
The comparison includes monthly fees over the contract term and one-off onboarding for new customers. The term, booked scope and included services are decisive. A subscription is not automatically the less expensive option.
For a meaningful comparison, we consider the same scope over the same period: acquisition and ongoing costs on one side, monthly fees and any additional expenses on the other.
Together, we find the right starting point for your die casting foundry. Begin with the components you need and expand when further potential can be unlocked.
